Decades Walk Scavenger Hunt Activity

Spring has sprung, so it’s time to take a stroll among the blossoms and fresh grass on the Handley campus. Here’s a fun activity to combine your walk with a bit of Handley history. Pick up a Scavenger Hunt form in the acrylic box at “Decades Walk” sign number 1 on the right side of the Handley monument along Valley Avenue. Get a pencil too. Then stroll around to the 12 signs, gathering information to answer the 12 questions on the Scavenger Hunt. Compare your answers to the correct ones found on the answer key at sign number 12. Great family activity! Take advantage of this opportunity to review your knowledge of Handley history before the signs come down at the end of the celebration year in June.
